By the edge of a wood, at the foot of a hill,
is a lush green meadow, where time stands still.
Where the friends of man and woman do run,
when their time on earth is over and done..
For here, betwen this world and the next,
is a place, where each beloved creature finds rest.
On this golden land, they wait and they play,
till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day…
No more do they suffer in pain or in sadness,
for here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness,
their limbs are restored, their health renewed,
their bodies have healed, with strenght imbued…
They roam throug the grass, without even a care
untill one day they stop and sniff in the air.
All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back,
Then all of a sudden one breaks from the pack..
For just at that moment, their eyes have met,
together again both person and pet.
So they run to echother, these freinds from long past
The time of their parting is over at last…
The sadness they felt while they where apart,
has turned into joy, once more in ech heart.
They embrace with a love that will last forever
and then side-by-side they cross over … together
Rhaise died of old age at 16 years. She had been hunting (yes not herding !) sheep untill 14. Naughty bitch she was…freaking out skaters but also I trained her untill G&G3she was a good friend and sweet to our children eventhough not used to them as they arrived at older age to her. Lots of curly hear on her back that got worse in the rain…
IVY spend her last years together with her daughter YUCCA and was lovingly cared for by Jon, she died at 15.
This is IVY doing IPO:
Her son DYLAN had an attack at the age of 8 years and this made him blind overnight. After one week he vomited blood, became very ill and we had to let him go.
My mothers LAYKA (also a daughter of IVY) had been put to sleep at the age of 6. A simple steralisation revealed that her stomace was full with cancer and turned into a drama. In that time we never heard of stomace cancer.
Only a few times you come across a dog that steals your heart completely. To me that was my NYMPHE (Mimmy). She was beautifull as you expect of from the Of the Two lines but shy to strangers. This is her as a puppie: She was never on a leash because she simply never left my side. I enjoyed her company untill at the age of almost 16 she was so old and blind and got to many ailments we had to let her go. For a short time she even was great friends with puppy Kane. Some of the beautiful pup photos you see on the site are of NYMPHE made in front of the Tervueren castle by Conny Wiss.
Here are some photo's of old Temperamental offspring

Many thanx to all their owners who lovingly took care of them for al these years Xx
